The bright spot - our butlers! Clayma, Eva and Michael were very attentive and responded rapidly to our requests and needs. That said, when you stay high up on the bluffs, a butler and golf cart transportation is a must! The resort is very spread out. Going back to your room from the main pool is an endeavor.
