The service was terrible, as they only gave priority to Americans; Latinos were completely ignored.<br><br>There were supposed to be five restaurants, but they were very overbooked. I stayed five days and could only get into one restaurant; they were all full, and the next day it was the same.<br><br>I've stayed at other Riu hotels in different parts...”
