Heads up

“Hi, honestly, it looks really bad that all the lounge chairs at the pool are extra; if they want to make more money, they should raise their prices, but they shouldn't make it look like they're trying to squeeze more money out of guests any way they can.
Honestly, for the price, I thought they'd be somewhat comparable to the Xcaret hotels, but so far, they're not even close. This morning, even the tortilla chips for the chilaquiles were stale. The sodas, I don't know if they're watered...”

“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return. I think the value for money is excellent.

The food and cocktails were 10/10. There were very few dishes we didn't like. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. I recommend trying all the specialty restaurants in the Dreams area, especially the Asian and French ones. The only thing that slightly disappointed me was the complimentary wine; there's a wine list with better options, but it costs...”
